Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING - All items are "made to order" and will be shipped within 2-4 weeks, depending on the piece ordered. 

Orders ship only Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.

All items are shipped USPS from Los Angeles, CA

RETURNS - Unless your item is damaged upon arrival, we do not accept returns, as every item is handmade for you. Note: No two spiders are alike, each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind. 

Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition.

If you received a damaged item, you must contact MFM within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Replacement timeframe is the same as the original order, 2-4 weeks, as a new piece must be crafted.
